Sound Walls
Soundwalls are structures designed to reduce the amount of noise that reaches nearby communities form sources such as highways, railroads or airports. RBA’s specific role in installing soundwalls may vary depending on the project, but some of the common task s may include:
- Transporting the necessary material, such as panels and metallic beams.
- Preparing the foundations for the soundwalls including excavations and leveling the ground, installing footings and pouring concrete.
- Installing the soundwall beams and panels, including securing them in place and ensuring that they are level and properly aligned.
- Conducting internal quality control and inspections throughout the process to ensure that the finished soundwall is safe, functional and meets design specifications.
